Hi and
Welcome to The Outlaws C.M.C. The Club began in January 2002 in the Rangers Supporters Club in
Larne as the result of requests from many locals, both Line Dancers and
Country & Western followers. The Outlaws first venture was a charity
night in October 2001 which raised £600 for Larne M.S. Society.
The picture on the right shows the cheque being handed over to Linda
Simms of Larne M.S. Society. |

Thanks to great support and hard work
from The Outlaws
themselves and from other clubs both local and some not so
close to Larne,
the venture has so far been successful.
The Outlaws C.M.C. is one of the few clubs who try to keep alive the western side of C & W with typical cowboy or should that be cow person dress, names complete with guns and a regular shoot-out on club nights. |

The main aim of The Outlaws is to raise money for charity and at the same time have some good clean cowboy fun. Our first anniversary night in January saw us donating a cheque for £1000, to Larne MS Society. The picture on the left shows Joan Lynn, Treasurer, accepting the cheque on behalf of the society. We have supported various other charity fund-raisers over the year. We have a close association with N.I. Hospice Care and our designated charity for the incoming year is the McMillian Nurses Appeal. |
| Club nights are fun nights with a relaxed atmosphere and a friendly welcome for all regulars and visitors alike. Its the members who run the club with everyone making their valuable contribution in their own way. |
| The Outlaws have another side to their activities as they provide entertainment for other fund raising events with fast-draw gunfights, balloon shoots, The American Trilogy complete with flags, uniforms, ball-gowns and some hi-jinx antics right down to their own bar-room brawl and coffin sketches. An excellent example is shown right with the Outlaw's Colour Party and the Carrickfergus Lord Mayor at a charity event in aid of Diabetes U.K. Antrim Branch. | ![]() |

As we continue we will introduce many of The Outlaws
in person, although many need no introduction as they have
been in and around the Country & Western
scene for quite some time. It
isn’t unusual for some of the outlaws to be better known by their
western handle rather than their everyday name. So
on our Club nights come on down to the Linfield Supporters Club in
Ballyclare and enjoy yourself in the company of The
Outlaws. Club nights are every 3rd Saturday of the month (no Admission before 8pm, due to prior commitment of the hall). |
