Thankyou for logging on to our Web Page. It means a lot to us to have
visitors from near and far.
The Abilene Country & Western Music Club meets the 1st Friday of every month in the Con Club, 353 Newtownards Road, Belfast and you're all very welcome. We first opened our doors in September 1993 and have been going strong ever since. The band on the opening night was the famous Good Luvin Band headed by Chris Betts. Sadly the band has since broken up. The cowboy shooting at you from behind our club flag is Jackie Best, the Press Officer for the club.

The picture on the left shows club members with the band Country Harmony on one of our great club nights on 3rd November 2000. On the same night we had a guest appearance from Stephen Beckett shown below. Stephen brought the house down with some great traditional country numbers. |
